The check-in process needs clarity!!! GPS led us in circles, getting to the lobby might throw you off!!! Automatic bathroom light activation is annoying!!! The TV didn’t work — a disappointment!!!

The hospitality at Bears Ears Inn was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat after a long workday. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, including delicious eggs, sausage, and waffles, which provided a great start to my day. The pool was also a highlight, large and well-maintained, offering a refreshing way to unwind.
The exterior could benefit from an update.

The Deluxe Queen Studio was impressively updated, offering comfort and inviting decor that exceeded expectations. The breakfast selection included delicious homemade local products, and the friendly staff ensured a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. One minor annoyance was the difficulty in finding the ice machine, and although the parking situation was manageable, it could get busy. Additionally, clearer directions for check-in would enhance the guest experience.
